If you are looking for credible academic research studies on the Enneagram, then you’ll love Chris’s conversation with Dr. Jerry Wagner on this week’s episode of Enneagram Mapmakers. Jerry’s wisdom reminds us that we typically view the world through lenses but usually don’t examine the lenses themselves. He’s candid and vulnerable, while provocative in untangling some of the Enneagram’s convoluted theories.
Jerry Wagner is a retired teaching professor in the Department of Psychology at Loyola University, Chicago and was among the earliest students of the Enneagram in the United States. His statistically validated Wagner Enneagram Personality Style Scales (WEPPS) is one of the most reliable Enneagram tests available. He’s also the author of several books including Nine Lenses on the World: the Enneagram Perspective and The Enneagram Spectrum of Personality Styles: an Introductory Guide.
